On 29 March 2022, EVTL declared that it has surpassed its entire 500-unit pre-request of Vertical’s VX4 electric airplane in nine months or less. Avolon pre-requested 500 VX4s in June 2021 and has set these units, as well as 50 extra airplanes choices, with driving worldwide aircraft.
