The company recorded no revenue during the comparable fourth quarter of 2021 and 2020.


Basic and diluted net loss per share for the fourth quarter of 2021 was $19.8 million $0.09 as compared to $17.1 million or $0.09 during the corresponding fourth quarter in 2020. Its net loss inclined YoY significantly.

On March 22, 2022, TMC updated on the pilot robotic nodule collector vehicle’s positive deployment and wet-test commissioning along with Allseas. On March 17, 2022, TMC stated the signing of a non-binding MoU with Epsilon Carbon Pvt. Ltd. for the completion of a pre-feasibility study for an Indian deep-sea nodule processing plant with the production capacity of approximately 30,000 tonnes per annum.
